Between the size 10 and size 11 there is room for a size in between. It’s a little baggy on the top but legs nice space. I took the size 11 as thr 10 wouldn’t last long . Hope it stays up on thr waist so as not to look baggy. A button and elastic would work well Or even better to keep the lovely style would be a way to tighten the existing elastic that is already incorporated in the waist band .

Good fabric and looks great on teenager who wants to looks cool comfortable & trendy =) Tall 13 years fits in a size of 16.
