Next reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available, no longer want to receive a Next catalogue or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our helpline number or email marketing@next.com Next is committed to respecting your privacy. An electronic copy of each order is held by Next but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over 530 RAND. Orders under 530 RAND will be charged at 80 RAND for shipping per order.

Delivery will be subject to the customs and clearance process outlined below.

Your Next parcel will be held in London as it requires customs clearance as per the SARS regulations in South Africa.

You will receive an email from Skynet when your parcel is ready to depart along with your invoice for the customs and admin fees, once payment has been made you will need to send proof of payment along with the below details to confirm acceptance of your package:

• Company
• Importers code
• VAT number
• Private individual
• RSA ID number OR
• Passport number

Note - As a personal importer you are allowed 3 [three] imports per calendar year. The completion of the clearing instruction form must be done by the importer who in this is case is yourself once the shipment departs, for clarification please see the SARS website (sars.gov.za) - SC CF55 / Page 14 [Clearing Instructions]

Once you make payments and the funds reflect Skynet will update your order status and parcel will be prepared for dispatch.

Once the order departs the UK and is in transit you will be sent a link for the completion of the clearing Instruction form.

Once the items arrives, your file will be submitted for release and releases will take up to 48 hours or longer should the file be detained by customs.

Once released, delivery will be sent to your address as specified when the order was placed.

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Simply return any unused item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming, photographic, or food products, or Gift Vouchers. You can return your items via your chosen method using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next.

Next welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Financial Complaints – Where complaints related to the consumer credit offer are not resolved to the customer's satisfaction the customer may have the right to refer their complaint, in writing, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for independent investigation. Details will be provided as appropriate.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If you decide to use this service, please use the following Next email address when completing the form ODR@next.co.uk.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Euros (€). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

Next Directory is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (UK) Ltd (DMA) and is required to operate within the rules of the DMA's Code of Practice which was developed in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading and the Information Commissioner. All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Next designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
