There is nothing wrong with the style of the top or the quality. I've tried a similar Hush vest on before and the static was awful but this one didn't have the that problem. I'm usually a size 10/12 or a small in tops but this was so tight across my bust it did not look attractive so had to return it. I felt the next size up would have been too big everywhere else. Sadly had to return it.
