Quite tricky to get on so their feet are properly in but think that’s down to my son having quite long feet and ordered the 12-18 months size. Once in quite handy to have 2 velcro straps one of which is long which kind of ties round the foot holding it into position. Yet to use in full wet conditions so cannot comment on how waterproof they are. Think for what they are, price is quite high for the fact if he were walking shoes and wellies even from the same brand or even Clarks pricing isn’t dissimilar
