Does what it’s meant to, protects from light rain and dirt. It is thin, so needs layers underneath in cooler weather, jumpers coats etc.

I’d say true to size. It is very thin, so just a puddle suit, you’d need good layers underneath if colder, does what it’s meant to and protects from light rain, puddles and mud.
