For good measure, the outside has been given an invisible water-repellent coating so rain just beads off. They are also breathable, with a mesh lining at the top so they don t get clammy inside or stick to your thighs. Designed so you can get them on easily without taking off your boots, they have an adjustable stretch waist and Velcro® covered zips at the ankle to open up the legs. 100% Nylon.
