An electronic copy of each order is held by Next but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over JD 58.000. Orders under JD 58.000 will be charged at JD 4.800 for shipping per order. -Please allow additional days for delivery during Jordan and UK national holidays, weekends and sale times. -Your order will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.

During sale periods, please allow 14-21 days for your delivery. Your delivery date will be confirmed at the time of order.

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Direct, and are non-transferable.

International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Next Retail Store. You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. (This does not affect your statutory rights). All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty. You will receive a refund within 7 - 10 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

Our terms of sale to our customers is DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

Price call outs (e.g., promotional pricing or displayed base prices) for styles with a price variance (where the price differs based on size, color, or other attributes) are based on the smallest size available within that style.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Next designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Telephone calls to and from Next Directory may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.

• The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.


• The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.


• The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at nextdirect.com. A voucher PIN can only be registered once.


• The offer can only be used for purchases made online at nextdirect.com. It is not valid for telephone transactions. Redemption of the offer involves registering at nextdirect.com.


• The offer is only valid on introductory orders with nextdirect.com for new customers only. One voucher PIN per customer only.


• If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.

• Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. Please note that we do not accept payments from pre-paid cards.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.

JD 10 Off Your First App Order:

1. The discount will automatically be loaded to your account for customers who have not previously transacted using the Next App on either iOS or Android devices.
2. The offer will only be valid on orders over JD 50 after other discounts have been applied.
3. You must be logged into your customer account and shopping in the Next App to redeem the offer. The offer can only be used by the account holder. The offer is non-transferable.
4. The offer can only be used once per customer and will be valid until used, unless discontinued earlier (see point 11 below).
5. The offer is for online purchases at www.nextdirect.com/jo only.
6. The offer cannot be used on staff purchases, delivery charges, sale items or gift vouchers.
7. Promotion discount applied will be apportioned across all qualifying items. If you have more than one unused promotion against your account, please note only the one with the best cash saving will apply to your order. Your remaining discount will be applied to subsequent orders.
8. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Certain multibuy and other product specific offers may still be available, but this is not guaranteed. If a product specific offer is available (e.g., multibuy offer), the discount applies after the product specific offer has been applied.
9. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and no refund or change will be given. If eligible items are returned, the offer value or a portion may be deducted from the refund or credit and may not be reused.

11. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the promotion at any time without notice and without liability.
