    This dress promised so much visually but disappoints on many levels. The stitched waistband detail gives no allowance whatsoever for the female form. The perfect hourglass figure is required. The fabric is soft open texture weave and arrived snagged with long runs of thread on the skirt. Such a disappointment but had to return to dress.
