I have bought these for years but this year there’s a quality issue. The inner leg lengths are wonky. Ordered Long and got XL length instead. Tried reordering and still the same. Took 4 calls to resolve and get back all the delivery charges. Not my usual experience with Next. Disappointing, what’s happened to your service?

Love these jeans this is my 2nd pair. Soft stretchy comfortable denim, they hold shape and wash well
