Really lovely trainer. Great for going out or just for every day. Very comfortable, although I'm glad I bought the size 8, as I'm normally 7 and a half, so they do come up a little on the small size. The description does say, if you're between sizes, go up a size, so all good. I was recommended to buy them by my daughter who also has a pair. She's 47, and I'm 73, so any age can wear them.
