These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place online orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over and a Swiss resident. By accessing this website and ordering goods from Next online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your mandatory consumer rights will not be affected.
Products displayed on the website constitute a non-binding invitation to submit a purchase offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. Your order is accepted, and a contract is concluded between you and Next when Next expressly accepts your order by sending an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods, whichever occurs first. Until the goods are dispatched, Next may decline the order without providing reasons.
If Next is unable to accept your order, you will be informed and any amount already charged will be refunded in full.

The offers on our websites are directed exclusively to consumers who make purchases for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity. All orders placed online with us must be for private, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse orders from any company or corporate entity. We do not facilitate corporate, commercial, or self-employed transactions online and we do not issue commercial VAT invoices. The order confirmation email you receive serves as your standard consumer receipt. For deliveries to Switzerland, the receipt will include all information required under Swiss VAT law (MWSTG), including the applicable Swiss VAT amount or rate.
Please note that all shipments from the UK to Switzerland are subject to Swiss custom duties import VAT (Einfuhrsteuer) pursuant to the Swiss Customs Act (Zollgesetz, ZG) and the Swiss VAT Act (MWSTG). The applicable import VAT rate is currently 8.1% (standard rate) or 2.6% (reduced rate), depending on the product category. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all applicable customs duties, import VAT, and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility as the consumer and will be collected upon delivery or customs clearance. The prices shown on our website do not include Swiss customs duties or import VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Please refer to Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) for further guidance.
Independently of your statutory warranty rights, Next grants you a voluntary right of return: Simply return any unused item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This voluntary right of return does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming, photographic, or food products, or Gift Vouchers. You can return your items via your chosen method using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next unless the item is faulty. Items cannot be returned to any Next store. You will receive a refund within 7 - 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same means of payment you used to place your order.
We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a refund as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
The statutory warranty for defects applies to all product categories without exception, including those excluded from the voluntary return right above.
Defects must be reported to us promptly upon discovery. Failure to notify promptly will result in the loss of warranty rights in respect of the relevant defect.
Upon receipt of a valid defect notification, Next's primary remedy will be, at Next's election, either repair or replacement of the defective item.
Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over CHF 50. Orders under CHF 50 will be charged at CHF 4.95 for shipping per order. All prices include Swiss VAT at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. Delivery will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. Next reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time.
During sale periods, please allow 7-14 days for your delivery. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.
Free Delivery and other promotional order codes remain the property of Next, are personal and non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated.
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of seasonal supply difficulties of fresh flowers, we reserve the right to substitute flowers and packaging of equal quality and value. For champagne or wine, vintages and labels may vary from those shown.

Any claims under this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts based in England or the courts of your residence.
