These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place online orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over. By accessing this website and ordering goods from Next online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your consumer rights are not affected.
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between you and Next at the point we dispatch the goods. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Next, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Next acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched, Next may not accept the order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use nextdirect.com only with permission of a parent or guardian. Next reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. An electronic copy of each order is held by Next but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language.
The offers on our websites are directed exclusively to consumers who make purchases for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity. All orders placed online with us must be for private, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or to refuse to enter a contract for online purchases with any company or corporate entity. We do not facilitate corporate, commercial, or self-employed transactions online and we do not issue commercial VAT invoices for corporate use. The confirmation email you receive serves as your standard consumer receipt.
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility as the consumer. Please refer to your customs department for guidance. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.
Our terms of sale to our customers is DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
If you change your mind and the order has already been dispatched, you may still return goods in accordance with our returns policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your Bahrain statutory rights, including your right to request a return or refund without additional cost where goods are defective, malfunctioning, non-conforming, or not fit for the purpose for which they were supplied.
International orders placed online cannot be returned to Next retail stores.
You can return any unused or defective items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in new and unused condition) via post using the returns note in your parcel. Once your return is processed, 3.6 BHD will be deducted from your refund.
All cosmetics, personal care products, and some jewellery can only be returned if they are found to be defective. When an item has a security seal, a refund or replacement will not be issued if the seal is broken unless the item is defective.
Please allow up to 14 days for your item(s) to reach our returns centre. Once your item has been received by Next, you will receive your refund within 7-10 days to the original payment method.
Shipping is currently free for all orders over 40 BHD. Orders under 40 BHD will be charged at 2 BHD for shipping per order. Next reserves the right to adjust delivery charges at any time.
Orders placed before 13:00 and shipped from our GCC warehouse will normally be delivered in 2 working days. Orders shipped from our UK warehouse will normally be delivered within 5 working days.
If your order contains products from both our GCC and UK warehouses, we will split the delivery process to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout, subject to stock availability and location.
Please allow extra delivery days during local holidays, UAE holidays, UK national holidays, weekends, and sales periods.
Free delivery codes and other offers remain the property of Next Guide, are non-transferable, and may not be reproduced in any form or used with any other offer.
We cannot accept credit cards that are about to expire within the next five days. Card information is checked and verified by a third party, and goods are shipped immediately upon authorisation.

Delivery of in-stock items can take up to 28 days. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.

The prices listed are those prevailing at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may be adjusted up or down, including any changes to the VAT rate. If this product is unacceptable for this or any other reason, it may be returned provided it is returned within 28 days and is in new and unused condition. Some products are non-returnable. See the section above for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Bahraini Dinar (BD).
