    I bought this dress as something I can wear to my July university graduation ceremony, I actually thought it was white not purple but turns out I like the purple all the same. The fit of these dresses is perfect for me, I got the short one and am so glad as it sits exactly where it should. I aimed for a dress that would look nice but wasn't too formal so I could wear it all summer after graduation. So pleased. I wish there dresses were slightly cheaper though so I could buy more.     I love Adele dresses and have 3 already. Was excited to see a summery pattern available however it was absolutely horrible on. The position of the stripes made me look twice as wide and it's much more lilac in reality than the pictures. Returned immediately. Originally posted on FatFace.com

    Thought I would try the new Adele colourway as I liked the all colours and was pleased that there was lilac in the pattern, however the yellow was just too bright for my pale complexion and it just didn't suit me, it made me look washed out sadly. I really wanted to keep it but felt i wouldn't get the wear out of it. The material is not see through at all, and this one doesn't have the frill on the bottom which I liked too. The fit was good as with all Adele's . It's a lovely pattern and I still recommend it as it will suit other complexions, it just did me no favours sadly. The same pattern in a blue, green or lilac mix would be a keeper for me I'm sure! Originally posted on FatFace.com
