Great customer service and I love these shorts! These are awesome. Their lines are not visible through clothes. They stay up and don't roll down. I was really happy with the customer service from Spanx. I had ordered a pair with some other items through their earlier sale and they were left out of the shipment. Surprisingly pleased! The shorts actually did what I was hoping--they smoothed out the lumpiness in my thighs without smashing down my already flatter-than-I'd-like rear-end. In addition, the band on the bottom of the shorts was tight enough to stay down without showing a line on my thighs. They are a little squeezy around the stomach band--not painful or anything, but I wish there were a full body item that did the same thing. Originally posted on www.spanx.com

The waistband on these shorts rolled down and so I will be returning them. I also purchased a Spanx thong and the same thing happened with them. I’ve worn Spanx products for many years so I’m not sure what’s going on!
