We may use credit scoring methods to assess your application and to verify your identity.
Information which is provided to us may be used by Next Directory and other companies if credit decisions are made about you. We may also use your information, including shopping habits to enable payment recovery, fraud prevention and debt tracing and for our marketing or market research. To prevent or detect fraud, or to assist in verifying your identity, we may make searches of Group records and at fraud prevention agencies who will supply us with information. We may also pass information to financial and other organisations involved in fraud prevention to protect ourselves and our customers from theft and fraud. If you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this. We, members of the Group, and other companies may use this information if decisions are made about you or others at your address(es) on credit or credit-related services or motor, household, credit, life or any other insurance facilities. It may also be used for tracing and claims assessment. We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, email or otherwise.
We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available, no longer want to receive a Next catalog or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our helpline number or email mailto:marketing@nextdirect.com Next is committed to respecting your privacy.
We may also contact you for market research purposes.
Next Directory is a trading name of Next Retail Ltd and a member of Next Group Plc. Some of the information you provide may be transferred outside the European Economic Area for processing. However, strict rules regarding the confidentiality of security of your information are in place to safeguard it.
All orders will be concluded in the English language.

Delivery is free on all orders over $50.00. Standard delivery is charged at $6.00. Please allow extra days for local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. Next reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time.

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Simply return any unused item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming, photographic, or food products, or Gift Vouchers. You can return your items via your chosen method using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next.

Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Next designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

• The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.

• The offer can only be used for purchases made online at nextdirect.com. It is not valid for telephone transactions. Redemption of the offer involves registering at nextdirect.com.
• The offer is only valid on introductory orders with nextdirect.com for new customers only. One voucher PIN per customer only.
• If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
• The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
• Next cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
