      the towel ring is so stiff you cannot get it into a position to hang the towel. Ours is also missing the wall attachment so will be returning.

The ring may feel stiff in the beginning but will ease as it's used. We'e sorry wall fixings are no longer provided for any wall mounted products (screw and wall plug). Since all wall types are different, suitable wall fixings must be used to attach the fittings safely to the wall. If in doubt we recommend contacting a qualified tradesperson. We hope you've been able to find a suitable alternative from our 'New In Bathroom Accessories'.
