a lot smaller than normal size

Poor fit, size two sizes too small for a 12 more like an 8, ordered a 14 still too small ordered a 16, not much different than the 14 but sleeves much too long. Plus not able to fasten as nothing to fasten with. I Liked the style and materiel but shocking sizeing. I have other lipsy blazers in size 12, no idea who worked out these measurements of this jacket
