I had my son's feet measured at Clarks, 7E-F, but they didn't have the style he likes so I ordered these from Next in a 7F.
Firstly the style, I wasn't sure if the material round the heel would last long in the rain. There was also material connecting the tongue to the body of the shoe, again I'm not sure what the purpose is of this and it'd soon get soggy in the rain.
But the main reason I returned them was the fit. Startrite are usually bigger than Clarks so I was surprised to find the width very narrow.Charlotte

Even though these are size 11 shoes they look smart and stylish...not like a kid wearing big 'clown shoes'. As usual, they provide the Start-Rite comfort (to which we have become accustomed). I am delighted. Originally posted on www.startriteshoes.com
