Questions & Answers How do I know if I need standard or extra-deep fitted sheets? Measure your mattress depth, including toppers. Choose Standard for up to 28cm, Deep for up to 35cm, and Extra Deep for up to 40cm. Tip: Buy a sheet 5cm deeper than your mattress so it can tuck securely underneath. Which sheet materials are best for hot sleepers? 100% Cotton, Egyptian Cotton, or Linen are best for hot sleepers. They are highly breathable, keeping you naturally cool in summer and cosy in winter. How do I prevent my sheets from pilling over time? To prevent pilling, wash your sheets once a week following the specific instructions on the care label. Regular, gentle laundering keeps the fibres clean and reduces surface friction. What is the best way to wash and dry sheets to prevent shrinkage? We recommend laundering your sheets once a week. Always follow the temperature guidelines on the care label to protect the fabric fibres and prevent accidental shrinkage. How do I measure my mattress to ensure I buy the right size sheets? Remove all bedding and measure your mattress corner-to-corner for width and length. Then, measure vertically from the bottom seam to the top seam, including any mattress toppers, without pressing down. We recommend choosing a fitted sheet 5cm deeper than your mattress height to ensure a secure, effortless tuck underneath. What is your returns policy?
