Had to order these twice as the first pair came with some imperfections. Customer care was very good though and a refund was given for those. The second pair was much better. It is a shame the boots don't come in half sizes as I do find that they are a touch on the bigger side, but I do like them though so will be keeping anyway. Originally posted on www.modainpelle.com
