Phishing e-mail messages are designed to steal your identity. They ask for personal data, or direct you to Web sites or phone numbers to call where they ask you to provide personal data.

Next will never request your password in an e-mail. We may provide your customer number and request you to confirm your date of birth. We may ask for one of these but not both together. We will never request you to provide personal data such as your driving licence number, social security number, your mother’s maiden name etc. You will be required to enter your card details when placing an order online or over the phone in our call centre.
Online this will appear when you click checkout and have signed in successfully or registered as a new Customer. We will never require this at Sign in.

We are aware that recent E-mails have been sent with a link, requesting you to sign into a website that resembles our Internet site's Sign in page. The Web address attached to the email links are not our official website.

If you want to be sure where the link is going to take you, hover over the link with your mouse (do not click the link) the web address associated with the link will display with a message ‘click here to follow link'. If the web address does not start with or the link is not from NEXT.
