Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from us and a text message from the courier.

To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email or text message and you’ll be directed to the DPD or Pony Express website. For DPD deliveries, you can also manage your parcel by entering your tracking number and registered telephone number on the DPD website.

If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam or junk folder.
