Application Details
I confirm that I am over 18 and a resident of the country to which I have requested delivery.
We may use credit scoring methods to assess your application and to verify your identity.
Information which is provided to us may be used by Next Directory and other companies if credit decisions are made about you.
We may also use your information, including shopping habits to enable payment recovery, fraud prevention and debt tracing and for our marketing. To prevent or detect fraud, or to assist in verifying your identity, we may make searches of Group records and at fraud prevention agencies who will supply us with information. We may also pass information to financial and other organisations involved in fraud prevention to protect ourselves and our customers from theft and fraud. If you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this. We, members of the Group, and other companies may use this information if decisions are made about you or others at your address(es) on credit or credit-related services or motor, household, credit, life or any other insurance facilities. It may also be used for tracing and claims assessment.
We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, email or otherwise.
We may also contact you for market research purposes.
Next Directory is a trading name of Next Retail Ltd and a member of Next Group Plc. Some of the information you provide may be transferred outside the European Economic Area for processing. However, strict rules regarding the confidentiality of security of your information are in place to safeguard it.
All orders will be concluded in the English language.
Delivery
Home delivery is €5.00 per order and will be despatched within 10 working days, subject to availability of the products you have ordered.
Offer Order Codes
Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Returns
Simply return any unused item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming, photographic, or food products, or Gift Vouchers. You can return your items via your chosen method using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. You will get the chance to confirm your order at the altered price before the conclusion of the contract. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 14 days of receipt and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above for details. All prices shown are in Euros including the applicable VAT. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at any time
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
Colour Reproduction
Next designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Credit Card Payments
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
Gift Card
Your Gift Card can be used by you if you are the purchaser or given as a gift. You can use the card in full or part payment for goods purchased in participating Next Retail stores. This card cannot be used to purchase from Next Directory or to pay a Next Directory account and cannot be used at www.next.co.uk and www.nextdirect.com
The card can be activated for a minimum €1 and a maximum €250 and can be added to at any time (up to a total maximum of €250 / £200). Any payment credited to the card which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit to your card being revoked.
The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance on your card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases.
Purchases and refunds made outside of the Republic of Ireland will be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing daily rate.
The card is not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The card will not be honoured if sold. If found please cut in two and return to The Next Banking Department, Next Retail Limited, Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, UK, LE19 4AT.
To check your balance at any time call 1890886111 in the Republic of Ireland or 0844 412 0300 in the UK.
Your balance will be updated after every purchase and will be shown on your till receipt.
The card will automatically expire 24 months after the last time that you use it to make a purchase or check your balance and any remaining balance will be deducted.
Next cannot accept responsibility for your card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.
This card remains the property of Next and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the card at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Next Retail Refund Card
This card has been credited with the value of returned goods and can be used by the recipient only in full or part payment for goods purchased from participating Next Retail stores. This card cannot be used to purchase from Next Directory or to pay a Next Directory account, or be used at www.next.co.uk and www.nextdirect.com.
This card cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or giftcards.
Before you receive the card we may ask you for your address which we will retain to monitor use of our refund policy. On redemption you may be required to confirm your address and if this does not match the address previously given we reserve the right to refuse to honour the card.
