Application Details
I confirm that I am over 18 and a resident of the Republic of Ireland.
We may use credit scoring methods to assess your application and to verify your identity.
Information which is provided to us may be used by Next Directory and other companies if credit decisions are made about you.
We may also use your information, including shopping habits to enable payment recovery, fraud prevention and debt tracing and for our marketing or market research. To prevent or detect fraud, or to assist in verifying your identity, we may make searches of Group records and at fraud prevention agencies who will supply us with information. We may also pass information to financial and other organisations involved in fraud prevention to protect ourselves and our customers from theft and fraud. If you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this. We, members of the Group, and other companies may use this information if decisions are made about you or others at your address(es) on credit or credit-related services or motor, household, credit, life or any other insurance facilities. It may also be used for tracing and claims assessment.
We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, email or otherwise.
We may also contact you for market research purposes.
Next Directory is a trading name of Next Retail Ltd and a member of Next Group Plc. Some of the information you provide may be transferred outside the European Economic Area for processing. However, strict rules regarding the confidentiality of security of your information are in place to safeguard it.
You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Delivery
Delivery of your order is free to any of our designated stores. You can select a convenient store when you place your order. Home delivery is €5.00 per order and will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Please ensure you take your order confirmation (supplied by email) and the credit card you use to pay as forms of ID.
Offer Order Codes
Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Returns
Returns are free of charge to a store. Simply return any unused item within 10 days for a full refund (provided it is in a new, unused condition) to the store your item was delivered to (this does not affect your statutory rights). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming or food products, or Gift Vouchers. Please remember to bring your delivery note and the credit card you used to purchase the items for a full refund. Unfortunately, stores cannot exchange items. You can also return your items via your nearest Post Office using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 10 days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Euros. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
Colour Reproduction
Next designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Credit Card Payments
We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card Details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
Gift Card
Your Gift Card can be used by you if you are the purchaser or given as a gift. You can use the card in full or part payment for goods purchased in participating Next Retail stores. This card cannot be used to purchase from Next Directory or to pay a Next Directory account and cannot be used at www.next.co.uk and www.nextdirect.com
The card can be activated for a minimum €1 and a maximum €250 and can be added to at any time (up to a total maximum of €250 / £200). Any payment credited to the card which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit to your card being revoked.
The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance on your card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases.
Purchases and refunds made outside of the Republic of Ireland will be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing daily rate.
The card is not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The card will not be honoured if sold. If found please cut in two and return to The Next Banking Department, Next Retail Limited, Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, UK, LE19 4AT.
To check your balance at any time call 1890886111 in the Republic of Ireland or 0844 412 0300 in the UK.
Your balance will be updated after every purchase and will be shown on your till receipt.
The card will automatically expire 24 months after the last time that you use it to make a purchase or check your balance and any remaining balance will be deducted.
Next cannot accept responsibility for your card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.
This card remains the property of Next and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the card at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Next Retail Refund Card
This card has been credited with the value of returned goods and can be used by the recipient only in full or part payment for goods purchased from participating Next Retail stores. This card cannot be used to purchase from Next Directory or to pay a Next Directory account, or be used at www.next.co.uk and www.nextdirect.com.
This card cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or giftcards.
Before you receive the card we may ask you for your address which we will retain to monitor use of our refund policy. On redemption you may be required to confirm your address and if this does not match the address previously given we reserve the right to refuse to honour the card.

The incentive offer is valid for one order only. The incentive is valid until 14th June 2010.
The incentive can only be activated once the PIN number is registered at nextdirect.com. The PIN can only be used once.

PIN Numbers with money off at nextdirect.com
The incentive offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
The incentive is valid until the expiry date shown in your communication.
The incentive can only be activated once it has been registered at nextdirect.com. A PIN number can only be registered once.
The PIN can only be used for purchases made online at nextdirect.com. It is not valid for telephone transactions.
Redemption of the incentive involves setting up a Next Account.
The incentive is only valid on introductory orders with nextdirect.com. One incentive per customer only.
If the order is returned, the incentive is non refundable.
The PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
Next cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.

€5000 Prize Draw
To take part in the Next Summer Prize Draw, entries must be received by 31st July 2010. The winner will be notified after 14th August 2010.

There is one main prize to be won, a fantastic cash prize of €5000.
No Purchase Necessary. Submission of a valid email address is the only requirement. Only one entry per person can be submitted. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. First Time Surfer
When you order to redeem your €15 incentive, your order will be delivered to your home address. Choose to pick up your order from a participating store and your delivery will be free (Please note that not all stores participate in the free collection service: please check in-store for details.) We accept most major credit cards, though the card must be registered to the account address. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched one authorisation has been obtained.
