What is the Returns Policy?

You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt by post, using the returns label on the back of your despatch note.

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Next (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Returns must be sent with in the 28 days in a new and unused condition; otherwise we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at the current/last selling price.

Cosmetics, grooming products, certain jewellery and items with a security seal can only be returned if found to be faulty.

International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Next Retail Store.

As soon as the returns are received at the Next warehouse, they will be credited and automatically refunded to the Credit Card used for the order; this should be with in 14 days.

We know that you sometimes want to return something and Paypal have now made it incredibly convenient to do so.

If you use Paypal to order items online then all you need to do is:

1. Fill out the online form found in the claim portal
2. Add your receipts as proof of postage
3. Submit your claim to Paypal via email
